The most free person in the world is the one who has nothing to hide.

There’s a saying my dad used to say to me:

If you always tell the truth, you’ll have nothing to remember.

Lying to yourself is the easiest way to drive yourself insane. Other people may never figure out what you’re hiding, but you will always know.

That guilt will kill you.

You can’t become better if you can’t be honest with yourself.

Is it really worth lying? About anything?
